As Social & Digital Media Expert at SmiLe Venture Hub, she manages SmiLe’s digital presence and visual identity across social media, the website, and all communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent representation of SmiLe’s activities and achievements. With a background running her own agency in Brazil and a master’s in communication for Development from Malmö University, Poliana also co-founded the NGO She Told Me a Story, a community initiative amplifying women’s voices through storytelling.
